                Take cutting height 10m, length 12m120 m2for example

                1、 The cost of diamond wire saws: imported wire saw is around $140/m, national made wire saw is 600-700/m, If the lifetime is 8 m2/m, the average production cost is separately $17.5/m &75-87.5/m. The cutting speed is 2-4 m2/h. the production cost of 120m2 is separately $2100 &9000-10500. The cutting gap is only 1.1cm nearly without any waste.

                2、The diesel oil consumption of flame cutting machine: 40-5-L/H, the price of diesel oil is 4.2/L. If the cutting speed is 1m2/h, the average production cost is 168—210/m2, the total cost is20160-25200. And the cutting waste width is 25-30mm, total waste is 30-36m3.

                1、The working principle that diamond wire saws are adopted to cut granite is to use the cycle turning of wire saw driven by motor to cut the granite (physical method). During cutting, we can infuse the water into the cutting width in order to cold the beads and get rid of granite powder. The cutting speed is 2-4 m2/h. Cutting depth is 10-20m or more, and the cutting area can be 90 degrees (vertical angle).Cutting method: vertical, horizontal direction, and turn 90 degrees to “cut blindly”, which can reduce the waste of resources with only 1.1cm width.  It is low-noisy, no-dust and safely operation , high output. Regular quarry without internal injury, better price, etc. It is suitable for all granite quarries.

                2、The working principle that flame cutting machine is adopted to cut the granite is to use the streams of flames strike and melt silicon carbide under high temperature and high speed( 1500 degrees centigrade & 1340m/s). Recurring to different heat expansion of minerals, the granite  can be cut through the strong powder of rock broken, flaked off, and powder will be flowed by the air. The average speed is 1 m2/h. the cutting depth is only 4-6m. and cutting area can not be 90 degrees vertical angle and can leave 1-2m half round angels. Cutting method is only vertical direction to cut groove and create more free area.  The resources will be wasted about the width of 25-30cm materials.  There are also many disadvantages such as high noisy, much dust, dangerous operation, low output, irregular materials with internal injury, low sales price,etc. It is only suitable for the granite quarry with high rate of silicon carbide and few gaps. So it has certain limitation.Above all, according to the resources protection and technological analysis, it is necessary to adopt diamond wire saw to cut granite quarry in China.
